The DAC Lab specializes in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security. Students are immersed in a wide range of collaborative security projects including penetration testing, system security, BotNet analysis, Malware analysis as well as Data Science and AI projects ranging from standard data analysis and predictive analytics to automated emotion detection, image recognition, and extracting speech and comments from text.
The DAC Lab has papers published in international, national, and regional conferences and journals of all levels. Our students have training and expertise in operating systems, systems administration, routing and switching, database administration, computer programming, machine learning, as well as predictive analytics and data visualization.
